What is neck and chin contouring?
Two approaches are used depending on your anatomy. Liposuction and laser lipolysis remove excess fat under the chin and are performed under local anaesthesia at our clinic. When the neck skin and tissues are also loose, a surgical neck lift tightens them. The right option is chosen after examination.

Procedure
Liposuction and laser lipolysis are performed under local anaesthesia at our clinic in Kırklareli, and you go home the same day. A surgical neck lift is performed under general anaesthesia at Lüleburgaz Özel Medikent Hospital and takes 2–3 hours, with a 1–2 night hospital stay.

Recovery
After liposuction or laser lipolysis, a compression garment is worn day and night for one week, followed by a check-up, and then at night for one month. After a neck lift, the dressings are removed and the final check-up takes place on day 7.

Isn’t losing weight enough?
In some people, fat under the chin persists despite weight loss, and surgery may help. The right option is decided after examination.
Will I need to wear a compression garment?
After liposuction or laser lipolysis, yes: continuously for the first week, then only at night for one month. You will receive clear instructions.
Are there non-surgical alternatives?

When will I see the result?
The new contour is visible early, but swelling decreases gradually and the final result settles over a few months.
I am travelling from abroad. How long should I stay?
